How is it legal to serve daiquiris to go?

What type of alcohol do you use?
Per TABC regulations, we use a Vinous Citrus Neutral Liquor, and it is the best available!. We feature Forever-Clear from MPact Beverage Co. in Cypress TX. It is 17% ABV and has no sulfites and no high fructose corn syrup! It's smooth and allows the flavor of each daiquiri & margarita to shine through!
Do you serve daiquiris & margaritas by the gallon?
We chose to use half-gallon containers and customers are welcome to order as many as they want! This provides the greatest flexibility for our delicious flavors.
Do you offer specials?
As of January 1, 2020, we are still featuring our World Famous Rewards card. Nothing to join, just purchase any size daiquiri or margarita and get one punch. Eight punches fills the card and is redeemable for one free medium daiquiri (or margarita!)
What is the difference between a daiquiri and a margarita?
All frozen drinks are essentially daiquiris. Since we are in Texas, we make a margarita-flavored daiquiri that is as close as possible to an authentic Tex-Mex margarita as possible. Try one and see!
How strong are your daiquiris?
Each daiquiri recipe has a slightly different strength. They range from 9% ABV for our Pina Colada to 12.5% ABV for our Long Island Tea, Hurricane and Tropic Thunder
