How is it legal to serve daiquiris to go?

What type of alcohol do you use?
It is a common misperception that daiquiris to go are "wine based." Per TABC regulations, we use a Neutral Liquor that is simply fermented, not distilled. It is 16% ABV and has no sulfites, no high fructose corn syrup and definitely no grapes! It's smooth and allows the flavor of each daiquiri & margarita to shine through!
Do you serve daiquiris & margaritas by the gallon?
Yes!!!
What is the difference between a daiquiri and a margarita?
All frozen drinks are essentially daiquiris. Since we are in Texas, we make a margarita-flavored daiquiri that is as close as possible to an authentic Tex-Mex margarita as possible. Try one and see!
How strong are your daiquiris?
Each daiquiri recipe has a slightly different strength. They range from 9% ABV for our Pina Colada to 12.5% ABV for our Long Island Tea, Hurricane and Tropic Thunder
